Our Story
Live Better Group was founded by Tom Linkovsky and Evgeny Kalika in September 2020. When the world was put on pause, they saw new opportunities in the stillness. Combining their talents, they built a venture meant to change how life in Greece is perceived. They are more than business partners — over 25 years of close friendship and a series of successfully delivered ventures tie them together. That foundation of absolute trust became the company’s core value. Their greatest asset has always been aligned vision and a shared standard of quality.
The problem was clear — students were living in outdated, poorly maintained apartments. The solution became Live Better's first concept: the "Airbnb for students" — fully furnished apartments for long-term rental. Five years in, the model has a perfect track record: zero vacant units exceeding one week.
From student housing, the group expanded into family residences, property flips, villa construction, and luxury vacation homes. Today Live Better Group operates across Patras, Athens, and the resort towns of Chiliadou and Akrata — with 14 projects in progress and over 420 housing units in the pipeline.
